01 Do we have to leave Microsoft 365 or learn new software?

No. We work inside the Microsoft 365 you already pay for — same logins, same SharePoint, same admin. Nothing new for your team to learn.

02 Is our data used to train someone's AI?

No. Your data stays in your tenant and is never used to train public models. It's yours. It stays yours.

03 Will the AI send things or make decisions without us?

No. It drafts and flags; a person on your team reviews and approves before anything goes out or touches a record. Nothing final happens without a human.

04 We already have an IT person or MSP. Does this replace them?

Your call. It can be your whole IT desk, or sit alongside the people you have and take the repetitive work off their plate.

05 What about HIPAA, compliance, and security?

Everything runs where your security and compliance already live — inside Microsoft 365. We help you meet FTC Safeguards and HIPAA-readiness, and every action is logged.

06 What happens if we want to leave?

You keep everything. It all lives in your Microsoft 365 — there's nothing to pry out of us, no data to claw back. No lock-in.

07 How fast do we see something real?

Discovery is two weeks. A working prototype on your own data is usually days after that — not months.

08 What does it cost?

Discovery is $2,500, credited toward whatever you build. Managed tiers run $125–$300 per user per month. Custom builds are scoped after Discovery. No surprise invoices.

09 Is this just a chatbot?

No. It answers the phone, fills out the forms, pulls scattered information into one answer, and writes the first draft of the things your team retypes every day.

10 What if it gets something wrong?

That's why a person approves every output. The system does the boring 90%; your team checks it and keeps the call. You're always in control.

11 Does it work after hours?

The system does — it can answer and triage calls and messages around the clock, then hand your team a clean summary in the morning.
